I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists.

I have an Honours in Child Development and Education and a certificate in Autism and Behaviour Science. I spent 4 years working with kids with autism as a Instructor Therapist to teach and shape behaviours before I started my masters degree. I then obtained my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in which I found my passion for psychotherapy.

Since then, I have worked with children, teens, and adults in both individual and family/couples counselling sessions addressing a wide range of issues and concerns that have incorporated a variety of therapeutic models and techniques.

I have also received additional training in Brainspotting and I am a Brainspotting Practitioner.
